We’ve made our payment processes as convenient as possible. Below, you’ll find essential information to help you manage your tuition and fees effectively.
Important Notes
- Currency: All fees are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD). For the most accurate exchange rates, please contact the finance office. Both fees and exchange rates are subject to change without prior notification.
- Payment Recipient: All payments should be made payable to “University of the Southern Caribbean.”
- Cheque Policy: Personal cheques and third-party cheques are not accepted.
- Bank Payments: When making payments at the bank, please provide the Bank Teller with your name and USC I.D. number to ensure the transaction is correctly processed.
Payment Options
Paying in TTD (Trinidad & Tobago Dollars)
- Aeorion – Visa Debit/Credit Card Payments:
- Log on to Aeorion.
- Navigate to Finance and select “Pay with Visa Debit/Credit Card.”
- Enter your card details and billing information.
- Select “Pay Now.”
- A payment confirmation will be sent to the email provided.
- USC Cashier:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am – 11:30 am
- Extension Campus Payments:
- Use Lynx payments at the Campus office or through Aeorion.
Paying in USD (United States Dollars)
- RBC Bank: Account Number – 1000-180-103-1657-3
